Transdisciplinary Institute

for Integrative Health

TIA brings together knowledge from psychology, nutrition, yoga, Ayurveda, and other fields of health. We work to deepen the understanding of the connection between body, mind, and consciousness – and how these influence one another in both health and illness. Through education, knowledge sharing, and practical experience, we contribute to a deeper understanding of the human whole – physical, mental, and existential – and to inspire conscious, preventive, and sustainable ways of living.

The dynamic balance of

mind, body and consciousness

We believe health is more than the absence of illness — it’s a dynamic balance of body, mind, and consciousness.

TIA Institute invites an open, reflective exploration of what it means to be whole. Our approach promotes natural methods for healing, as confirmed by scientific research, encouraging open-minded inquiry into the nature of health, consciousness, and human experience.

We call this integrative understanding — where evidence, experience, and reflection meet. Our study programs dive into the fields of yoga, meditation, psychology and ayurveda.
